Fiberglass

  • Fiberglass fabrication

    Creating new fiberglass parts or structures from scratch using molds or custom designs.

    Including:

      •  Custom panels, hoods, and body kits (automotive/marine)

      •  Enclosures, tanks, or ducts (industrial use)

      •  Furniture, signage, or art pieces

    Build

  • Fiberglass molding & casting

    Creating molds or parts using fiberglass as a forming material.

    Including:

      •  Custom molds for parts production

Welding

  • MIG welding (gmaw)

    Uses a continuous wire and shielding gas, including aluminum mig welding. Great for auto work, fabrication, and home projects.

  • TIG Welding (GTAW)

    Uses a tungsten electrode and filler rod. Very clean and precise; used for stainless steel, aluminum, and thin metals.

    Uses a coated metal rod (“stick”) that melts into the weld. Works well outdoors or on rusty/dirty metals; common in construction and repair.

    Used to mold the body parts of machinery

      •  Outer Machinery framework and body molding

      •  Casing: Frames doors and windows.

      •  Backband: Thickens or enhances casing.
